Hii, I just purchased my XPS 13 9380 model, when I connect the charger, the charger and the laptop heats up, the charger's temperature reached 100 Feh./ 38 Celsius.
The laptop heats up also, the fan gets so noisy, even my wifi stops working while this happens.
I contacted the support, they updates all the drivers but the problem didn't resolve.
another problem, that I feel electrical tingling when I touch the laptop, while it is connected to a monitor (HDMI connection) and without being connected to the charger, is this normal?
