XPS 13 9380 screen issues

I have the same as here issue with my dell XPS 9380 with UHD display. When I contacted dell tech support and sent the pictures, they said that it was physical damage even though my laptop has never been handled in a harsh manner. When I first got the laptop a year back, I noticed the gap but thought that was normal but searching around the internet I found out that sometimes the display is not aligned when glued to the lid. It does not affect the performance or usability of the laptop. But yeah, I wished I would’ve contacted dell earlier.
