hello,
I have a XPS 13 9380, it suddenly turned off and won't start again.
there's no response at all, I am not seeing any light from the screen or anything.
the fan is running all the time and I am hearing fan noises.
hope you help me with this urgently since I have an exam tomorrow and I need my laptop/
