XPS 13 Dell display manager not detecting monitor
Good Day,
Need some assistance where XPS 13 7390 is not picking up Dell monitor through dell display manager application. It just says No supported monitor detected, the monitor is picking up correctly in the Device manager.
Monitor - Dell U3419w
Dock - Dell WD15
Laptop - XPS 13 7390
Connected from laptop to Dock with C-type, From dock to monitor with hdmi.

I'm also having the same problem with my XPS 13 7390 + WD15 Dock + U4919DW.
If I put the same WD15 Dock + U4919DW on a Latitude 7390 2-in-1 it works fine.
We need a fix for the XPS 7390

All,
Intel/Dell have released video driver Version 26.20.100.7985, A02 on 4/29 for the XPS 7390 that seem to fix the problem. See release notes below:
Fixes & Enhancements
- Known issue Dock WD19TB with Monitor U3415W which cannot adjust resolution.
- Known issue Dell Display Manager with dongles cannot recognize Dell monitor.
