XPS 15 2in1, bad pixel

I bought a XPS 15 2in1 laptop one year ago. My warranty is valid until Sep 4,2019.

Recently, I found a bad pixel at the middle of the screen. I want to make sure, is the ONE bad pixel not covered in the warranty, even it is in the middle?

If I'd like to pay the fee, would the after-sales service help me change the screen(1080p, touch), or even update it to a 4K screen?

BTW, I try to get help through DELL Help & Support app. But it says "Please take a moment to register your system". After I complete registration, it still repeats the same sentence. How to solve it?

R9MX4,

Click here to review the Dell Pixel Policy.  You can call the Dell Spare Parts Department to see if that 4k screen is available for this model.

FYI. I see that the computer is registered in your name.

You might be mistyping your service tag. Do not post it here since it is not allowed in this public forum. Go here and let Dell Detect the tag.
