XPS 15 9500 CPU IDLE Thermal or/and CPU IDLE Ratio Frequency issue (Software ?)
Hello community,
For resume on my XPS 15 9500 building 28 June (i7-16Go-512Go), computer goes Randomly Hibernate mode only in game session (Warcraft 3 Reforged and World of Warcraft, games that i play when no working on laptop).
After investigate i find interresting thing in CPU IDLE behavior (CPU at 3%-7% load) that make me think it is possible Windows software bug, Dell support Hotline doesn't find solution and advise me to ask refund, but this is too bad replace hardware for maybe "just" Windows bug.
So if community can share value as below (if possible on Windows and/or Linux OS), i think there is interresting for compare behavior. For myself i've decided to keep mine and repaste laptop for maybe win fews degrees in waiting.
I plan test with Windows 7 OS and other tools
Thks for reading me.

Windows 10 build 2004 on AC Power or Batterry (Bios 1.2.1 and 1.1.3)
After cold start or Reboot
CPU IDLE Temp mini ==> 35°-45°
CPU IDLE Frequency ==> 1.2Ghz to 4.6Ghz (frequency up and down with all step all the time without reason)
CPU STRESS (CPUZ) Temp max ==> 92°-100°
CPU STRESS (CPUZ) Frequency max ==> 2.8Ghz to 4.2Ghz
CPU IDLE AFTER STRESS ==> 55°-60°
CPU IDLE Frequency AFTER STRESS ==> 1.2Ghz to 4.6Ghz (frequency up and down with all step all the time without reason)
Linux (Mint 20 or Ubuntu 20) on AC Power or Batterry (Bios 1.2.1 and 1.1.3)
After cold start or Reboot
CPU IDLE Temp mini ==> 35°-45°
CPU IDLE Frequency ==> 800Mhz to 900Mhz (stable)
CPU STRESS (STRESS S-TUI) Temp max ==> 92°-100°
CPU STRESS (STRESS S-TUI) Frequency max ==> 2.8Ghz to 4.2Ghz
CPU IDLE AFTER STRESS ==> 32°-45°
CPU IDLE Frequency AFTER STRESS ==> 800Mhz to 900Mhz (stable)
