I NB have exactly the same problem. Whilst I had warranty I consistently reported piezo electric issues (high pitched crackling noises) but Dell support kept saying this nothing to worry about
Now my warranty has ended & my £ 2,500 laptop is completely unusable
Have reset to factory defaults but machine still freezes after 2 to 3 minutes
Dell Support....please, please, please is there anything you can do to help.
I really feel you should have at least provided me with on-site support when I first started problems. I even told your support team that I felt my machine was deteriorating. But I kept getting fobbed off with BIOS updates & system scans...none of which helped or reported issues
