XPS 15 9530, second replacement battery

I'm now about to order my second replacement battery because of this issue. The warranty expired on April 7, 2017. The first replacement battery from 3 years ago (91W), after the original one swelled up, has now also swollen up. Thought it was a laptop defect, this suggest it's a complete system (laptop + battery) defect. My touchpad is almost breaking off I will probably never buy a Dell laptop again. They've refused to pay for the battery replacement when this is, in my opinion, a design/build defect.
