Hello there!

I just got my new XPS 15 9560 (cnx95606) yesterday and after playing around to get a sense of it, I found out Windows Hello is not available on this device. However, I have also found in the Internet many people with this same laptop who actually have Windows Hello. So... I´m guessing it has to be an issue with my device since it even has the fingerprint reader in the laptop!

Any help is more than welcome :)

Windows Hello typically refers to facial recognition, and that requires a camera with infrared, which I don't think the 9560 has, but admittedly I haven't looked into it.

By Windows Hello I meant fingerprint recognition (the camera in this laptop is not very functional...), my mistake! I saw a few people who has the fingerprint thingy, so maybe is about downloading some driver related to that?
