I had a XPS 15 9560, can't boot up, sometime power button not working, but the battery indicator is blinking, white and yellow

You can check the Led blinking pattern to understand what can be causing the issue.

The patterns are listed below for XPS 9560.

Amber White

2	1	CPU failure	Replace the system board.
2	2	System board failure (included BIOS corruption or ROM error)	Flash BIOS to the latest version. If the problem persists, replace the system board.
2	3	No memory or RAM detected	Confirm the memory module is installed properly. If the problem persists, replace the memory module.
2	4	Memory or RAM failure	Replace the memory module.
2	5	Invalid memory installed	Replace the memory module.
2	6	System board or chipset error	Replace the system board.
2	7	LCD failure	Replace the LCD.
3	1	CMOS battery failure	Replace the CMOS battery.
3	2	PCI or video card or chip failure	Replace the CMOS battery.
3	3	Recovery image not found	Reimage the system.
3	4	Recovery image found but invalid	Reimage the system.

You have to unplug the battery before replacing the RAM modules.

I struggled a lot but that solved the issue.
