XPS 15 9560 - laptop chassis replacement
Hello,
I dropped my laptop and my chassis is now broken. (computer still works and screen is intact)
Does Dell could replace it ? If so, how much would it cost ? (no warranty anymore)
Also, I bought it in France but now am in England.
Is it also possible to send it to an English store ?

You'll need to contact Dell to get a repair estimate -- there is no walk-in store repair option.
Alternatively, most computer shops can replace the casing/chassis, but expect a hefty labor charge. The parts involved won't be expensive but the time involved will be appreciable.

Being in IT, I could do it myself. But on Dell's website, you can not buy the chassis itself.
I'll contact them then to get more info. Would you have the e-mail address ?
Talking on the phone is still a bit of a struggle for me.
