XPS 15 9560 only turns on when charger connected

Hi! I have a similar problem as here. I just bought my Dell XPS 15 9560 in October (originally sold from Dell on September 12, 2018 with warranty to February 2, 2020 DELL-Admin) and ever since the first day I bought it, the laptop does not come on without the charger being plugged in. It comes on from sleep at times but not when its switched off. And at times when I'm on battery and I connect to my Wi-Fi or use my graphics card for an application...once even bluetooth, it goes off again.
