XPS 15-9570, 5 minutes to boot?

Hi I have purchased dell xps 9570 laptop in October 2018. Initially it took 2 mins to boot. But from past 1 month it tooks nearly 5mins to boot. Configuration is I7 8Th gen, 16GB RAM, 512 SSD Hard drive. Its really annoying. Even my old HP i3 processor laptop boots within 2mins. Has anyone facing this problem. I have ran windows diagnostic check using windows sfc /scannow command. It shows no errors system is healthy. Can any one advice what could be the problem.

I don't know what could be causing this slow down. Try this =

* The AC power adapter must be connected to the laptop
* Disconnect all other external devices from the laptop except the AC power adapter
* Download/Save BIOS 1.6.0 to the Windows desktop
* Close all unnecessary software applications (Steam, Anti-virus, etc. )
* Find the saved BIOS file on the Windows desktop
* Right click the file and choose, "Run as administrator". If it says same version is already installed, force it. Note, you do not need to "extract" the file. Just run it
* Follow the prompted instructions. The laptop will reboot on its own
* Get all the way into Windows, then restart it. Is it still on Dell logo for 5 minutes?

Hi I tried to install, both on desktop as well Bios flash update option from F12 boot menu. It is not getting installed. I tried several times but still its not installing.

OK. Contact the two techs who have been emailing you. Notify them of the troubleshooting we have attempted via Activity

I'm having the same problem. With a 6 core processor. Ridiculous.
