XPS 15 9570 Microphone Left and Right Volume are not the Same

Hi, currently I found an microphone issue on my XPS 15 9570. Please see the image below and the issue description for the better understanding.
According to the specification sheet of XPS 15 9570, it contains an array microphone and it suppose to allow to record the stereo channels. When I use the left mic to record the voice the volume is normal, while I use the right mic to record the voice and the volume is too small.
I tried to uninstall the driver that download from the Dell support site and it becames no issue, so I assume that there's no physcial damange to my microphone. When I install the driver back, the issue cames back too.
Please help to advise and further check if the driver has any potential bug. Is anyone have the same issue with me? Comment it down below!

I also tried a third party app "Audacity" to check whether my mic is a faulty one or not, and it turns out working fine.
See the below screenshot.

To receive assistance from Dell support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Click the "Get help now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. Provide to them the private Service Tag and all of your troubleshooting.
