XPS 15 9570 NIGHTMARE
Let me tell you a story of my experience with dell and why i started to hate this. im sorry but this is ridiculous what i experienced with this company.
1. I bought laptop online From Japan in december 25th. 2018. which took them more then a month to deliver. cause it arrived 25 january 2019.
2. 3 days later i found out it had issues with fan. so i had to Pay extra for repair at my place cause they wanted me to send them laptop for 10 more days to just fix the freakin fan in NEW LAPTOP.
3. Laptop is Loud when working with some adobe products or playing a game
4. HOT ... yes Hot meaning so hot u cant put it on your lap or hold hands on keyboard from overheating issues.
5. sound crackling. had to find way to go around that. good thing im good at computers so i found the way but imagine buying this laptop as a simple user... it would drive u crazy.
6. not mentioning camera for teleconference which is in the bottom of screen the microphone picks up every sound of your computer fan and you sound like you are under water while trying to do business conversation using skype.
7. 1 month into using this laptop. Bluetooth just said and stopped recognizing anything. mouse not workng. cant connect phone.... spend 2 hours with Microsoft people that tried to remote fix it. and they said... nope its dell problem. tried everything.
if it was not necessary for my work i would throw this away. cause i cant return it. since u need to do it in 10 days. and PAY for return too.
