XPS 15 9570 Touchpad - "Palm rejection" keypresses suppressing touchpad response.

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with the touchpad on my XPS 15 9570.  There seems to be a function (sometimes referred to as "palm rejection" in other windows versions or laptops) which suppresses the function of the touchpad for a brief duration after a key has been pressed.  This presents an issue when trying to play video games without an external mouse, as the touchpad is unresponsive while pressing the various keys associated with the videogame.

Other support articles suggest going into the touchpad settings within the control panel and disabling the "palm rejection" or "disable touchpad while typing" setting.  Unfortunately, there is no such setting that I can find in my control panel.

The closest article I can find to this issue is here: https://www.dell.com/community/XPS/XPS-15-9570-use-touchpad-while-typing-in-game/td-p/7306070, however no solution was posted here.

Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
