I have the Bose SoundLink Color II bluetooth speaker and cannot connect to the XPS 15-9570? I have the latest updates from Dell. The Bose does connect to other devices.

Here is the fix. I installed Windows 10 update 1909 and bluetooth now works.

I had this same problem with the same device, because it was not automatically picking up the presence of the device using Swift Pair, so I solved it by manually adding the Bluetooth device. The way I did it was to open GodMode (https://www.windowscentral.com/how-enable-god-mode-windows-10), search "add bluetooth", select Add a Bluetooth Device, and my speakers showed up under "Choose a device or printer to add to this PC."  I selected it and then it connected.

I'm assuming windows 10 is on the computer...….

Please make sure Bluetooth switch is turn on. Type Settings onto the search box, select Devices, Bluetooth & Other Devices and then check if Bluetooth switch is turn on.

If Bluetooth switch is turn on; Type Setting, select Update & Security, Troubleshoot, click Bluetooth troubleshooter.

If Bluetooth troubleshooter didn't solve the problem, look for your device driver in device manager. It should be listed under the Bluetooth headings. Type Device Manager onto search box, expand Bluetooth.
