XPS 15-9570, keyboard skipping keys

Hi,

I saw the post about the XPS 13 9370 having this same issue. I'm also experiencing it with my XPS 15 9570. It looks like a BIOS update fixed it for that machine. Do we know when there will be an update for the 9570 o address this issue?

**bleep**

I bought a laptop last month. I worked fine until I bought an external dell monitor. Whenever I plugin the monitor, I cannot type the same letter fast. "Dell" turn into "Del", or "Hello" turn into "Helo".

It worked again after I unplug the monitor.

New computer has arrived ( now called 7590), and all seems OK. Will let you know if anything happens

1. In this case, you can try to insert a keyboard first. If there is no problem with the external keyboard, then it is a keyboard problem. 2. Check if there is a problem with the touchpad.

After I updated to Win10 version 1903, the issue has returned. Dell Update didn't help this time. Disappointing and frustrating.

I have been running at less than the maximum display resolution. I changed it to the maximum resolution and viola, no more skipping issue. We will see if this fix holds up.

Windows 10 version 1903.
