XPS 9370 boot stuck at logo when the TPM2.0 is enabled

XPS 9370 boot stuck at logo when the TPM2.0 is enabled.

This issue happens after I update to the latest BIOS firmware.

Only when I disable the TPM can the boot continue but the bitlocker occurs every time.

In addition, I have tried to degrade the BIOS but it doesn't work.

No issue is found by the diagnostics.

Currently, I can only disable the TPM and bitlocker for convenience.

Is there any solution for this issue?
