It would help if you could be a little bit more specific about what exact problem you're facing. Just saying you're unable to install another OS isn't very helpful. The more information you can provide about the issue you're having, the more likely you'll get helpful responses here.
1. Inserted Bootable USB , restarted system, F12 and selected the UEFI -> USB
2. Try Ubuntu and Install.
3. Generally Ubuntu screen will appear and then we can install there after but here in my case the black screen stays with some comments but no progress.
Please let me know if I have to make any changes to in BIOS / any specific way to create Bootable UBS.
Try going into your BIOS and disabling Secure Boot. If that doesn't work, if at all possible, try booting your flash drive in UEFI mode on another PC just to verify that it's configured correctly. The mechanism you're using (F12 boot menu and selecting the USB option under the UEFI section) is correct.
