XPS 9575 Radeon GPU memory clock

The memory clock of the Vega m gl GPU keeps getting stuck at the lowest frequency of the 3 steps after returning from system suspend. Nothing seems to make a difference until I reboot (which fixes the problem until the next time the laptop enters suspend).

Any thoughts or suggestions?
