XPS13 9360 Killer WiFi Goes to sleep

I recently reinstalled Win 10 and here my trouble began.  From that point on (the last week or so) when my computer screen is black (the computer is set to neither sleep nor hibernate) for a while, my WiFi seems to go to sleep and any activity that is ongoing, i.e., backups to the cloud, fail. 

Not many user power settings available in this otherwise excellent machine.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.
