I bought the XPS 15 9560 almost a year ago. Today it suddenly shut off and it won't turn back on.
There are no more lights whatsoever on the laptop, but the charging cable lights is fine.
A Dell technician is coming by next week to fix the motherboard (diagnosed remotely). After some googling, this does not seem to be an uncommon problem with the laptop, which does worry me. It is making me question the reliability of this laptop, despite it being a premium tier.
I have 40 days before the warranty is up, should I purchase extended warranty?
