I have a really new xps 13 9365 2in1 laptop. Since November 2019 I have been facing an issue wherein a weird rectangle and half circle shape gets displayed on the screen after which the mouse touch pad stops working and only the screen touch works but that too not properly. It also keeps displaying right click options on it own.
Also this glitch doesn't go off until I restart the laptop. It again resurfaces anytime of the day while using laptop.
The dell tech team has tried every possible thing like Bios boot, driver updates, formatting the system and reinstalling everything back. But the issue has not gone off yet. It's really a huge issue that is affecting work. But it keeps happening everytime laptop is being used.
The tech team has also confirmed that there are not issues with the charging either.
