can I draw and write on the xps 15 with touch screen?

Can I draw and write on the xps 15 with touch screen? 

I have had Delle computers for the last 17 years and now it is time to get a new. But since I to a lot of online teaching/meeting I need a screen I can write/draw on.

Or Is the best choice a 2:1 computer?
I need a lot of power since I work with heavy programs and have many of thees in use doing my teaching.
