overly sensitive precision touchpad
I have seen other posts on this topic, but the only solution I have seen is to turn off the finger taps. That is not acceptable. Has anyone discovered another solution?

After installing the driver of the touchpad, restart it. When you see the icon of the touchpad in the lower right corner of the desktop, double-click the icon with the mouse, adjust the properties of the touchpad, adjust the sensitivity, and adjust to your satisfaction. If you can't adjust to your ideal sensitivity, it is because the touchpad has a problem. Report it for repair and replace the touchpad.

on the taskbar you will see the touchpad icon double click on that and change the sensitivity as required. you can also try updating the touchpad drivers with dell support assistant.
