xps 13 9360 missing High Performance in Power settings ony shows BALANCED using Win 10

Hello all, my 9360 XPS i5 7500u  only has the BALANCED power setting available in the Power Settings, I cannot find the HIGH PERFORMACE setting. I have looked in to the Battery Icon in the task bar and there is a slider for the Battery to adjust for Performance, but I believe  that is only for the Battery not the PROCESSOR.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Rob

I recall other power plans were hidden with one of the Windows feature updates. But they still appear as starting options if you create a new power plan.

And the High performance (which may enable a bit higher max fan rpms) may become available after installing Dell Command | Power Manager (though this might be a Windows feature just hidden on laptops and there may be other ways of enabling).
