i have a issue with my xps 13 which needs fixing, but my computer s/n, express number doesn't appear on the dell system. i purchased the laptop at currys pc world in the UK, im currently in thailand chiang mai region.
I've spoken to dell in the UK and in Thailand, in both cases they said it doesn't appear on there system so can not do anything,ive also spoken to currys who said speak to dell.
Im getting nowhere with this issue, PLEASE can someone please help, i can send pictures of proof of purchase and the laptop if needed. i spent alot of money on this laptop and expect a high level of service to go with it, Im just getting frustrated with the situation there must something DELL can do to sort this out.
Is it a recent XPS 13? what model number?
You should take a picture of the back of your XPS 13, under little trap where service tag is located and send it to Dell.
