When you have a spare moment, please consult the XtremIO Storage Array User Guide available on EMC Online Support. Specifically, within this document, please review the chapter entitled Alert Details beginning on page 342. Within this chapter, you will find a table of the alerts that have be possibility of being raised by an XtremIO cluster. All alerts marked with a Severity level of Critical will result in a dial home being transmitted from the XtremIO Management Server (XMS) to EMC for attention by EMC Global Technical Support.
