Also, if you have vRealize Operations Manager, we have EMC adapters for XtremIO (ESA - EMC Storage Analytics) which plugin to the vRealize Operations Manager framework, allowing you to schedule e-mailing of reports. Best of all, if you already have vRealize Operations Manager, ESA might be free so i suggest you reach out to your local account team

There is no way to directly send a report via e-mail, but with a little bit of scripting it could be possible. Regarding generating the report, i suggest you use the REST API (https://support.emc.com/docu71060_XtremIO-XIOS-4.0.2-and-4.0.4-and-4.0.10-and-4.0.15-and-4.0.25-with-XMS-4.2.0-and-4.2.1…) which provides reporting capabilities under the "Object Performance" section. At the end of your REST URI, you can pass "&export-to-file=filename.csv" and it will export to a CSV file.
In addition, there are products like ViPR SRM which do provide reporting abilities across your entire datacenter, with the ability to schedule the e-mailing of reports.
