Why XtremIO downloads are locked ?

Can someone explain why XMS/XMCLI downloads are locked on Support website and require filling out additional authorization form (that requires SO/PO info) ?

They're ok for me Dynamox. Are the products/serials registered against your site(s) ?

i hope so, box was delivered last week. First XtremIO box at our site, don't see it in Install Base yet.

Dynamox - you would have access to this content as soon as your system shows up in the Install Base (which confirms that you are an XtremIO customer).

You mentioned above that your XtremIO array is not in the Install Base yet - how did you figure that out? If needed, we can get it checked for you on our end to confirm it.
