VAT Return

Hello,

Sorry to bother you again with the same problem, but I still have no news concerning my request for a VAT reimbursement.

So, I bought a Dell Laptop in December 2016 and I have sent all the necessary documents for the reimbursement at the address given to me by Mariam C (Doornveld 130, 1731 Zelik, Belgium). After some time, I received a message from Iva K asking me to resend all the documents electronically. I did just that, on two separate occasions, but, to this date, I received no feedback, situation which brings me to ask again:

What should I do in order to receive the VAT reimbursement? I have to mention that on another occasion, I received the VAT back in maximum 2 months and now 4 months have already passed and I have no answer.

Please take this request into consideration and send some feedback,
