Alienware 510K keyboard suggestion

Question

Anyone on the Alienware development or support team,

The RGB lights for the keys are not fully customizable. When you engage the "Num Lock" key it will change the RGB color and brightness to "bright white", to indicate it is "on" or locked. This key along with any "Lock" keys need to be customizable and or with the ability to change the brightness level. It is quite distracting to game with a bright white light on the keyboard when the rest of the keys are dimmed. One final note, there needs to be an easier way to get a suggestion out. Thank you for your time.

There's a similar issue with some of their monitors the power button has a bright white light that flashes when the monitor is sleeping (computer off) and can't be turned off.

What message? I only saw automated replies from Dell. Apparently the led system needs an update with certain light settings.

I have the monitor too, but I forgot about the white standby led till I try to go to bed... it's annoying. Who thought that was a good idea?

@Mezo80  did you get it resolved?I'm having issues as well. There are features missing from my FX. I can only select spectrum as a 'when key is pressed' feature. The only available settings are Morph, Colour, Pulse and Breathing. Can you please advise how to show the rest of the FX. It says it is updated to the most recent version.Many thanks, Matt

I would also like to see this changed. The forced white 'num lock' light really ruins the look of the keyboard and is distracting.
