I am reaching out regarding my Alienware AW988 Wireless Gaming Headset. This specific unit was gifted to me by tech influencer Mesut Çevik. Since it was originally a review unit provided by Dell Turkey for testing purposes, I do not possess a retail invoice or receipt.

Issue: The power button is completely non-functional, and the headset fails to power on. It currently only works via the 3.5mm analog jack, providing limited audio output (approx. 50-60% volume).

I have contacted local Dell authorized service centers to request an out-of-warranty (paid) repair. However, my requests have been declined solely due to the lack of an invoice. I am looking for a solution to have this device repaired professionally on a paid basis. Could you please provide guidance on how to proceed?
