Aurora ACT1250, Mini-Freezes Since Day 1
As the title states, I have an Aurora ACT1250, and since day 1 I have gotten these little tiny mini-freezes. At first, I thought it was just a program, maybe in the background, doing something, causing frame losses. It happens right? Then it continued to happen. I did everything I could think to do. I disabled as much stuff as I could. I went down to a wired keyboard, wired mouse, single monitor, booting in safe mode, and it still happened. Maybe it was a physical issue. I re-seated the video card and the RAM sticks. Maybe a connection was just off a hair and causing something to just not connect. Maybe. Still happens. I'm a technician by trade myself, so I swallowed my pride and contacted Dell support. They do everything that I've done. Run every test they can run. Run every test I ran. They can't figure it out.
Here's where I finally get a little upset: "...we've identified that the system hardware is working fin. For the issues to be resolved extensive troubleshooting would be required....their service wouold be fee-based."
So, I buy a new computer. Out of the box, it has an issue that nobody can fix. It's on me to pay for it to fix it too? How is that a thing? It's BRAND NEW.

This reminds me of a very similar problem I had some years ago. All related to my video drivers.
With all your troubleshooting did you remove / uninstall your video drivers and reinstall fresh? DDU the video drivers also.
What kind of GPU is in your PC? If its a 5000 series try these drivers. From everything I read these are the most stable. 576.80

As far as how Dell runs their Support-Dept ... I can't really speak to that.
If it was me in your situation ... If it passes ePSA Diagnostics (outside of Windows), then I would recommend these steps (stop after one works):
a. Uninstall Support-Assist. Because of:

b. Or, just go-ahead and clean-install (non-Dell-OEM) Windows-11. Because of:
