Aurora R12, AX201 Code 10, can’t start

I reloaded my Aurora R12 desktop with an AX201 wireless card. After replacing the hard drive and reinstalling windows 10, the AX201 wireless card has the evil yellow triangle in the Device Manager and says Code 10 can’t start. No bluetooth adapter is listed in there either. I tried uninstalling the “Killer” app as well as the driver, and anything else that I could find that seemed related. I then tried to install a couple of drivers that were recommended on the Intel forums and am right back to the Code 10. I tried replacing the wireless card with a spare and it behaves identically.
