Aurora R12, power button colors
I'm not sure if this is a major issue, but the "alien head" power button on my Aurora R12 changes colors. Normally, it's blue, but it sometimes changes to yellow/orange, purple and sometimes red, often flashing when it does so. I notice it most when I'm playing Civilization VI (which sometimes crashes), but it happens other times as well. My Dell monitor light also changes color, to match it. Is this something to be worried about? Thanks.

Colors for the Alienhead are controlled by Alienware Command Center. It also has an API to change color and effects based on which game you load.
If you turn off the Alien FX API option under the settings of Alienware Command Center, it should stay in the color pattern and effects you selected under Alienware Command Center.

As previously mentioned that’s the AWCC software that’s controlling that. It’s actually a pretty cool feature. When I am playing Dying Light my R10 will change colors based on where I am in the game. If I turn on my flashlight the Alien Head will turn white and dim. If I go into a safe zone, all my zones turn green. If i’m low on health the Alien Head starts flashing red.

Thank you, that answers my question. It is a cool feature, though I didn't know about it.
