Aurora R16, Alienware Command Center 6.x doesn't start

I see "System still booting up" and it never launches.

What system do you have?

If you have a compatible system you could try removing AWCC with Revo uninstaller and reinstall the program.

I just purchased my R16 yesterday as it came yesterday and was not able to access the Alienware command center at all after numerous errors and hours on the phone with several different tech support people from Dell Alienware or whatever same thing they had me uninstall and reinstall and uninstall and reinstall and several things and still with no luck

@Mattalienware There has to be something better than uninstall/reinstall. It's bogus advice to begin with (write functional software) and it doesn't even work. Dell, get on this. Supportassist won't work either.

OMG yes "(write functional software) "

You know the only selling feature that this computer has for gamers is the color effects which can only be changed by an application that doesn't function well or for my case at all.. Now I don't know what do you think .... Should I push for just going with a different manufacturer or see what Dell has to say about trying to fix this again... I don't know if I could take another reinstall with no changes. They say the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result well that's what we're doing at this point…
