Aurora R16, CPU fan failure

Had my Alienware Aurora R16 for about a year now. As of last week, every time i boot it up I get a cpu fan failure message but as I have been busy with work I couldn't take a proper look at it until today. I cleaned any dust build up and I check if anything is loose which it doesn't seem to be. When I power it up and hit diagnosis my system shut down during the CPU fan test. If I hit continue my system will run very slowly to the point I cant open anything up and will eventually shut down. Also, I've also noticed that one of the cooling tubes get very while the over stays cold.
