Aurora R16, video card warning

When doing diagnostic test it gave me this: 

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 Video Card WARNING

Code is: D08090

I've already had a Dell tech gain access to my computer and it didn't solve the issue. Anyone have any suggestions on what the issue might be?

Where do you see this error code? Is it from an EPSA test?

Aurora R15. I get the same error. Not sure why.

I was thinking of buying 3DMark to do a benchmark test. I tried the DirectX Diagnostics tool but it said everything was ok.
