Aurora R8, not working
I just know got my Aurora in the mail and I was very excited, I opened it up, plugged in the power to make sure it worked then unplugged it and turned it off. I replaced the graphics card, a GTX 1660 Ti, with my RTX 2060. I plugged everything in just like before, but this time attached my monitor to it via HDMI, it turned on like normal but my monitor kept saying no signal. I tried this over and over a few times and still nothing. Everything was on, my fans, the rgb, power supply light and even the little light on the back indicating the computers reading and writing the HDD/SSD. But nothing would appear on my screen. I thought maybe it was because I replaced the graphics card so I reinstalled my 1660 Ti to no avail, the same issue happened with the 2060. I don't know if this was because I changed the graphics card without booting it up first but if so I would like some help. I do have a one year warranty for hardware (factory warranty) and another one year for hardware and software. So if all else fails I'll turn to them but I wanted to see if there was anything I could do myself first. I'm still very new to computers and I'm still learning, anything helps, thank you!!

Are you plugging it into the connection on the back of the GPU or the one on the motherboard. You need to use the GPU connection.

As far as the lights on the power button, it goes from red to a green/blue then, what looks to be most of the colors of the rainbow then it goes to a steady blue/green. I'll try the F2 Bios thing though

But your screen works with a different computer, presumably with the 2060 through HDMI?
Please share your full system config. Also, make sure the GPU is fully powered up, both directly from the PSU to the card's PCIe power socket and the motherboard's GPU_PWR header (that socket between the first PCIe slot and the VRM heatsink):

I'm 100% plugging it into the GPU and the HDMI port, especially since I've never once owned a Display port wire.

And to answer your first question, no, I was never able to get up to the windows set up screen, mostly because the signal was never received by my monitor.

@DezyDesu :
Did you plug in a HDMI/ DP cable into the GTX 1660Ti this first time and get to the Windows setup screen?
Seems like there was never a boot and a screen with the original setup?
@r72019 :
I reached over to my R8 and turned it around. Looked at the mobo IO panel and don't see a HDMI port there. Only DP. So it's unlikely @DezyDesu was plugging into the iGPU. Unless @DezyDesu is panicked and mixed up "HDMI" with "DP". (yep, I did the dumb-dumb test: took 1 HDMI cable and 1 DP cable. Only managed to plug in the DP cable ).
So I'd like to suggest something along the same lines. Remove the graphics card. Plug in a DP cable into the IO panel and see if it boots to Windows.

Other than getting a DP cable to test out the iGPU, can't think of any other thing to help other than contacting Dell. It's a brand new rig and they do take DOAs more seriously.
When booting up normally, does the head cycle from red through blue and then hold steady? Have you tried hitting the F2 key repeatedly once you hit the power button to see if it gets you to the BIOS screen?

I'm also using two monitors at the moment to test, one is a normal Sceptre Monitor and the other is a graphics tablet which is just a monitor I can draw on. Both take HDMI but the Sceptre has a DP port I could use if I had a DP port cable.

I've tested it with my Mac, the 2060 is a part from the computer I was planning on building but decided to get a pre made one in the meantime then build my computer and give the Aurora to a friend when I was done to replace their laptop. And yes it's through HDMI

I did it, it's working!! Thank you so much, I didn't boot it up in safe mode but after being in BIOS for a bit it booted up normally!

As far as I can see it doesn't load into windows and if it is, there is still no signal being sent to my monitor.

By restart you mean Exit the BIOS? and sorry it took me so long to reply I got caught up in talking to my other friends about my issue. I'll try it
