AW3423DW, VRR/G-Sync flicker, #2

I am having this issue currently. Firmware M0B105. Its so frustrating. The flickering goes away when I turn G-Sync off. but why the heck would I purchase a G-Sync monitor only to run it off?

@DELL-Chris M

That fix does not work anymore. The link to the drivers is missing.

Dell of course cannot speak to why Nvidia pulled that hotfix driver 526.21 from their website.

What Nvidia video card are you using?

Same issue here. Flickers in darker scenes, loading screens and in menus. Really annoying.

There's a mirror of this hotfix driver to address the COD flickering issue, which is not related to the monitor.

This driver is a hotfix and normally hotfixes end up being rolled into the official drivers at some point.

Use at your own discretion, and this is not officially supported by Nvidia. Make sure to have a working backup of your system and you know how to access Windows safe mode should things go wrong.

Intermittent flickering occurring with VRR enabled. Disabling VRR removes intermittent flickering.

Observed during SDR desktop use and gaming.

Firmware: M3B105
