USB 3.0 hub connection problems AW 15 R2

Hey,
I have an Alienware 15 R2 and problems with my USB 3.0 hub(s). To hub are connected: mouse, keyboard, usb soundcard, usb ethernet and sometimes an external HDD. If I connect my powered USB 3.0 hub to any USB A port, the connection will be lost sometimes on all connected devices. This happens more often if the system is under load, e.g. while gaming. If I connect the hub via an adapter to the USB 3.1 type C port, only the external HDD sometimes drops out, all other devices work fine.

I have so far tested: BIOS update to 1.2.7, new installation of windows, several other USB 3.0 hubs.

All devices work fine if connected directly to the notebook and the USB hub worked without and problems on my AW 17 R1 and Aurora R4.
