17 R4, 1909 update, Windows Hello (Tobii) not working
Hi. After Windows 10 update to 1909, Hello feature (using Tobii) stop working. No information from Tobii, no info from Dell... Anybody knows how to make it working again?

Hi again
I solved my problem. I uninstalled ALL Tobii software and drivers, next rebooted my Alienware. When windows started, I downloaded only drivers for Tobii and installed them. After reboot Windows Helo Login works perfect.
Thats it. Looks simple, and I tried it many times. Starts working when I installed only drivers, without additional software.

Where did you reinstall the Tobii drivers to? Which device? Eye chip? Tobii under camera?
