Area-51m R2, function keys not working
The function keys, the esc key, and the windows key are not working. I just got this laptop two weeks ago. The BIOS is completely updated, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the keyboard drivers. I’ve tried troubleshooting the keyboard drivers and there was nothing detected. Any ideas?

Hi @rightnao remove rear panel and reseat these cables in their socket. Be very, very careful not to break these system board sockets, or you will have hardware-bricked the system board. It is much better to reject the system (inside the first 30 days from Dell invoice date), and get a new replacement.
