You can manually select to have the AWCC en the system tray by going into the System Settings > Select which icon appears on the task bar.

Regarding the OC Controls, if the system already has it install, just disregard the message, looks like a system glitch.

Finally, can you tell us exactly which AWCC option is the one you are not seeing in this Command Center?
