* What operating system is installed?
* Go HERE and insert the private Service Tag number
* On the page that appears, what is the Laptop model? Under Drivers & Downloads, what version of AWCC (Alienware Command Center) is listed?

Hello there, I have Windows 11, I have an Alienware M15 - intel core i7 - 8th Gen.
I already did the seach with my tag, I've been downloading all drives that shows me and I just can't install the AWCC. It just says something that the installation wasn't succed, I just don't know what happened, I use to have AWCC with no issues an now I can't even open it. As you can see, I've been downloading all the drivers still the same.

You have the 2018 released m15 R1. The latest compatible AWCC was version 5.10.2.0 RK19X.

* You downloaded/saved the Full Installer to the Windows desktop
* You then right clicked it and chose "Run as administrator" ?

On the other hand, I'm not 100% sure but in the compatible systems (5.10.2.0 RK19X) I don't see my  2018 released m15 R1.

See the "How to uninstall Alienware Command Center" instructions here. Then after restart try the AWCC 5.10.2.0 RK19X again.

@JAREDc11 It is listed there as Alienware M15. But we know it is m15 R1. See my post = Alienware Laptops naming confusion
