m17 R2, Alienware OC Controls

Question

I have an Alienware m17 R2 laptop, I had to return the computer to the factory settings and after that the Alienware OC Controls program stopped working, overbusting and adjusting the temperature of the fans, loading forever - it can be seen in the screenshot, reinstalling the program does not help, I tried different versions, the result is the same. What to do? Help.
