CX300 SixtyDriveOption

Hello,

I have CX300 with 30 drives (two enclosures) installed. I want to add another disk enclosure (third one) with 15 disks and have an issue DAE cannot be added to the system due to reaching maximum number of supported drives

I find that SixtyDriveOption enabler must be installed.

Enabler for SixtyDriveOption is not installed by default. Is there any option to download it, and was it free of charge?

Hi,

please, find bellow listed all packages and there is no -SixtyDrive option that is needed

I can update do Flare update from 02.19 to 02.24 or even 02.26 but don't know is -SixtyDrive included in new Flare version

I believe you need to install the 60-drive enabler first, then update the flare. You'll need to contact your EMC account rep for you're area.
