Flare Code Download Access
Hello,
I have an EMC CX3-40c with Flare code 3.24.40.5.016 and would like to update to 3.26 however powerlink is no longer available and when I log into EMC support I have no options to download Flare codes.
I do not have a support contract anymore but still would like to update so how can I go about doing this?

Try to ask your account manager or local EMC service partner for help. Or you can call EMC suppport and request a T&M service contract...

CX3 is EOSL and even downloading with USM don't work. CX3 is still visible there but if i try to download i get an error. Maybe someone can help you out with his "backuped" files....
